| Job Desc: |
Uses CAD / CAM tools to generate or edit numerical control programs for various machine shop production machinery and transmit programs to machining center. May enter data from blueprints or databases into CAD/CAM system. Designs tooling and fixtures to aid the manufacture of parts and assemblies. May be required to create or edit 3D Solid models. Must be proficient in the use of software applications such as Master Cam, Unigraphics, Catia CNC Programming in 3-4-5 Axis machining and AutoCAD. May be required to assist in directing work, assigning and outlining tasks. Interprets and follows engineering drawings, blueprints, T.O. specifications, and checks work correctness. Other duties as assigned.

| Requirements: |
Basic Qualifications: Minimum education and experience required is High School or equivalent with 4-6 years experience. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience or NC Programming, manufacturing (Machining) experience. Fluent application of Master-Cam/Vericut, and one or more of the following CAD/CAM programs, Auto-Cad, Solid-Works. Basic Windows and MS office skills required Physical Requirements: Primarily manufacturing environment. Must be able to work in the following environmental conditions: noise, vibration, proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current. Must be able to bend and reach. Must have close visual acuity such as viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines, and/or assembly or fabrication parts at close distance to the eyes. Must be able to work primarily with fingers such as picking, pinching, typing. Must be able to maneuver up to 20 pounds. Must be able to communicate effectively. Will be performing substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. |
