Troubleshoots, modifies, repairs, and performs sequential disassembly and assembly of the F110-100 series engine and also performs scheduled and unscheduled engine inspections IAW applicable Technical Data. Performs command directed and locally established in-process inspections (IPI) of propulsion system components. Certifies completeion of all work accomplished and critical engine build measurements. Analyzes malfunctions using schematic and wiring diagrams, blueprints, manufacturer‘s specifications, computer diagnostics data, inspection findings and trending data (CETADS) and aircrew debriefs. Performs/assists with test cell operation of uninstalled engines and makes final adjustments and verifies that engine is operating within acceptable parameters for safe operation. GE F101 and F108 experience will also be considered.
