| Job Desc: |
The Program Manager will be responsible for a variety of aviation maintenance contracts for the US Department of Defense and foreign governments. Will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing aviations program activities including budgeting, implementing projects, personnel selection, and personnel support. Ensure that program activities are timely and completed in accordance with established quality standards and procedures. Will develop and implement policies that ensure effective completion of all assigned programs and projects. Maintain close coordination with corporate departments to maintain a smooth completion of schedules and required paperwork. Will ensure all program and project documentation are completed as required. Significant travel may be required. Duties will include, but not limited to: Supervise production and quality of assigned programs. Identify program problems and resolves them quickly and effectively. Develop and implement program planning, policies, and procedures. Ensure that program functions are completed in accordance with established production schedules, safety, and quality standards. Keep Senior Management informed with up to date status of all program performance developing short and long term goals and strategies. Provide suggestions and recommendations. Act as primary contact between corporate headquarters the customers and employees. Maintain current understanding of customer contractual requirements and provide project status updates to customers as required. Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.

Experience Requirements: Former military aviation maintenance, and management absolutely required. Experience supporting DOD contracts. Must be computer literate and able to work in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) |
