JOB TITLE: AVIATION QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER LOCATION: COLOMBIA This position is for CCE, Inc, a leading provider of contract staffing services in government construction, aviation, and operations support. DUTIES: • Develops, maintains, and implements a Quality Control Plan (QCP) with procedures to ensure all work described in the contract is performed at or above the standard defined therein. For the purposes of this contract, QCP standards are commonly-accepted U.S. industry standards and practices, U.S. and local laws, and Military regulations unless otherwise specified. • In the event of a conflict, follows more restrictive guidance unless directed differently by the KO/COTR. • Ensures that the plan clearly defines procedures to identify and prevent recurrence of defective services. At a minimum, develops quality control procedures addressing all the areas identified in the contract. • Implements improvements recommended during staff visits or inspections or as directed by the COTR. • Ensures that the Quality Control plan coincides with the U.S. Government‘s Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) to achieve the required performance standards. QUALIFICATIONS: • Must have a Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution with five (5) years related quality control management experience, or 10 years maintenance/supply quality control experience in the military. • Must have experience on the following equipment: 1) B-212 2) C-208 3) C-26 4) DC-3 5) UH-1-H-11 6) UH-60 • Extensive knowledge of maintenance and supply requirements and procedures is required. • Knowledge of TAMMS is required. • Demonstrated ability to effectively work under stressful and challenging conditions is required. • Must have working knowledge with OSHA regulations. • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
