JOB TITLE: AVIATION MAINTENANCE MANAGER LOCATION: COLOMBIA This position is for CCE, Inc, a leading provider of contract staffing services in government construction, aviation, and operations support. DUTIES: Ensures a high availability rate and the highest quality maintenance for all assigned aircraft. Monitors work progress to assure compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract. Maintains constant liaison with Narcotics Assistance Section (NAS) and Host Nation personnel to ensure proper work flow and compliance of the following: • Compliance with applicable ACC, FAA, OEM and military technical bulletins, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs) and Safety of Flight (SOF) Directives. • Compliance with The US Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS). • Scheduling and prioritizing of maintenance tasks. • Compliance with the established work order system. • Standard operating procedures are established and followed. • Safety procedures are being followed by all personnel. • Maintenance requirements and parts requests are coordinated and routed through production control and logistics. • Proper staffing for programmed tasks. • Reports discrepancies to NAS and program management. QUALIFICATIONS: • Must have a Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution with ten years related maintenance management experience, or fifteen years maintenance experience in the military, law enforcement, or commercial aviation field. • Must have experience on the following equipment: 1) B-212 2) C-208 3) C-26 4) DC-3 5) UH-1-H-11 6) UH-60 • Extensive knowledge of maintenance requirements and procedures for helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft with a minimum of 10 years experience in “hands-on” maintenance with three as a Supervisor required. • A Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Power-plant (A&P) License is required. • FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) is desirable. • Basic knowledge of TAMMS is highly desired. • Experience in aircraft maintenance as a quality control supervisor in either a large civil or military aviation program is highly desirable. • Spanish level proficiency at Intermediate level is absolutely required.
