Pemco World Air Services provides heavy maintenance and modification services for both wide and narrow body aircraft from around the world and is recognized worldwide for B737 aircraft cargo conversion and is now converting 757 aircraft. In 2000 PEMCO WORLD AIR SERVICES began a new decade with new leadership and vision, investing in people, processes, technology and infrastructure. The results have been dramatic. Our MRO and cargo MOD customers represent leaders in the commercial aviation industry.
In 2008, we expanded our MRO performance know-how to Tampa, Florida. The modern 5-bay facility, in a leading Southeast airport, began servicing its first aircraft in July 2008. In late 2010 Pemco will begin maintenance operations at the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati Airport to service regional aircraft customers. Combined with our home-based Dothan, Alabama facility's long standing heavy maintenance service record to major carriers, the Tampa and Cincinnati facilities will offer PEMCO customers a strong labor market with highly skilled aircraft technicians, competitive rates and the proven reliability they expect from PEMCO MRO.

| Job Desc: |
Coordinates activities of program with all levels of management, departments, customer and vendors, as required. Performs all duties as directed by the departmental head to include training of other employees. Serves as primary source of contact between customer and Pemco. This may include on site customer representatives as well as corporate customer interaction. Conducts aircraft predock and postdock meetings, internal meetings, and customer meetings. Manages contract change orders to include the addition or deletion of work and schedule revision. Initiates letters of correspondence to include email or other means of communication with the customer. Monitors program budgets and overall project performance. Reports problem areas to senior management.

1. Four (4) years college or the equivalent of ten (10) years aircraft experience with four (4) of the years in a supervisory capacity of increasing responsibility.2. Excellent written and verbal skills. 3. Working knowledge of computer programs as they apply to the position. 4. Outside or inside sales experience preferred.5.
